This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Commerce, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information from clients and visitors.
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal information (name, email, business info) and access credentials for connected platforms (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads) strictly to perform our services.
When you connect third-party tools, we access data those platforms make available through authorized API connections. We only access data needed to analyze your business and deliver recommendations.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to:
Deliver recommendations and approved project work
Analyze performance across your store and connected marketing tools
Communicate with you via email and your client workspace
Operate and improve the Nexus Commerce platform for your account
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Google API Services
If you connect Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile, Nexus accesses data from those services only after you complete Google’s authorization flow for your account.
We use Google data solely to analyze your business, generate recommendations in your workspace, and execute changes you approve (where write access is granted).
You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in Nexus or removing Nexus’s access in your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Nexus Commerce’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate Nexus Commerce, including:
Nango (OAuth connection management)
Supabase (database hosting)
Stripe (billing)
Loops (transactional email)
Queue (client workspace)
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security standards.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies to improve user experience. You can disable cookies via your browser settings. The Nexus product does not use cookies for advertising.
7. Your Rights

8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
