Showcasing the Dynamic Card Game PickUp Through Interactive Design
Partnering with GameFlo, we brought the excitement of PICKUP Basketball card game to life through an immersive website experience that highlights the game’s unique blend of strategy and fun.
GameFlo’s PICKUP Basketball offers an innovative twist on classic basketball gameplay, combining strategy, skill, and chance in a card format designed for 2-6 players. To enhance their online presence and illustrate the vibrancy of the game, we developed an interactive visual design for their website, capturing the essence of PICKUP's gameplay.
Our collaboration included the integration of commercial videography, giving visitors a dynamic look at the game in action and emphasizing its fast-paced, engaging nature. This visual storytelling approach helps potential buyers visualize themselves playing and enjoying the game.
Additionally, we showcased the cards within the game through high-quality images and animations that highlight each card’s unique attributes and the diversity of the player roster. To deepen user engagement, we created custom profiles for the 40+ unique players featured in the game, each with detailed stats and backgrounds, making the site not only a marketplace but also a community hub for fans.
The new website experience invites users to explore the different ways to play PICKUP, whether in a classic head-to-head format or the expanded party mode, making it easy for visitors of all ages to understand the rules and get excited about purchasing their own set.
